- I am a lifelong learner, proud member of the “book a week” club
- I have had multiple roles in my career as a practicing physician, leader, and entrepreneur. I am currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Rezilir Health, a company devoted to providing care for patients with complex chronic conditions.
- My prior roles have included being a Partner in McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems and Services practice, Chairman of the Maryland Healthcare Commission, Chief Operating Officer of a large group of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers in Baltimore, and the initial Chief Medical Officer of JenCare, an Advanced Primary Care / Medicare Advantage start-up.
- My university training includes a BA of Political Science at UCLA, a MD at UCSF, and a MBA at the Wharton School. I was an internal medicine resident and chief resident at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania followed by a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. I am board certified in both internal medicine and functional medicine and am on faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Nova Southeastern School of Medicine.
- The more time outdoors the better! I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking and traveling
